Founder
Adrian James
Adrian James is the founder of Sprout Equity Ventures. He began his career as a derivatives trader before shifting his focus to distressed debt and corporate restructuring.
Over the past twenty-five years, he has built a reputation as a strategic investor who identifies undervalued companies with strong turnaround potential. He specializes in complex debt instruments, capital structure optimization, and preparing companies for the public markets.
Drawing on deep expertise in public markets, he has guided numerous private companies through successful transitions to public listings and helped raise more than one billion dollars in strategic capital.
